Paying Your Rent

You can pay your rent in the following ways:

In cash - please come to the office to pay cash. Please do not post cash through the post-box if the office is closed, as we cannot be held responsible for any money until it has been allocated to your rent account and you have received a receipt.

By Standing Order / Bank Transfer - At the commencement of your tenancy you will be provided with a Standing Order mandate for you to complete and hand in at your bank. You can also use the information on this to set up a Standing Order using your bank's on-line banking service. If you require this information again please contact us.

By Debit/Credit Card - Please call the office on 01795 471757 during office hours to make a payment over the phone, or come into the office.

If you pay by Standing Order/Bank transfer or cash, this clears into our account instantly. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, please be aware that it takes 3 working days to reach our account, therefore you will need to make payment 3 days before your rent due date.

Credit Cards carry a 3% fee of the transaction total, and Debit cards have a 50p charge.
